Sterling is out of Plum Bush Cinnamon Spice, who is Plum Bush R Ginger’s littermate sister. Cinnamon’s dam line has not failed me in pushing our herd forward, and I especially love how they cross with our Farm Wildwood bucks.

His sire’s dam is “Dill’s ROD Trendy” who comes from some of Dill’s best lines. Although Trendy has no accolades, her littermate sister, “GCH Dill’s ROD Little Black Dress” scored EEEE92 in 2022 and is a finished champion. Trendy’s littermate brother, “Dill’s ROD Sam Crow*B” has sired some beautiful does over at Bridgeport Farms, and now resides at Dill’s A Little Goat Farm.

Sterling is an extremely correct young buck with straight legs and toes, strong feet, and excellent width between the hocks. I also love his depth of chest and level back. He is flat boned and dairy: all characteristics I want to see in a young buck. Although I am sad that he has pretty bad scurs, we are tickled pink that he is our first ever SILVER buck!
