Luna has blown past all the expectations I had for her. She is a phenomenal yearling FF. In my opinion Luna is the nicest first freshener we have ever raised on our farm. Her mammary system is extremely well attached and capacious. She is a hard working and consistent yearling milker.
She consistently outmilks Gillian, who is her same age and date of freshening counter part in our herd. I’ve attached a screen shot of her lactation so far, her latest test is not on there yet, but she milked 3 pounds again this month.
