We used Yorktown heavily for our 2021 breeding season, and as of summer 2022 have retained 5 of his very first daughters. They will freshen in the spring of 2023 and we are looking forward to seeing what Yorktown is bringing to our herd in milk production as well as general conformation.

With the genetics in his pedigree, we feel confident that his daughters will excel in the milk pail.

Yorktown’s sire, Zeke’s Zen, was sired by the notable Elite Sugar Moon NS Ezekial *B (Old Mountain Farm Nightshade x NC Promisedland SIA Zena)

His sire’s dam, is  Amethyst Acre’s R Zenovia  “A half-sister of 2018 breed leader Zuzanna, this daughter of 16x Elite Doe Zena has the will to milk that made the Z Sister family famous. Yorktown’s dam’s dam,  Dynamo Falcon Zinnzia, is the daughter of Promisedland Zesta  x  Fairlea Fleur’s Black Falcon, son of Fairlea Fleur (classified EX 92.2) Dynamo Falcon Zinnzia Received an Excellent in back at linear appraisal at 7 years 6 months. Littermate sister of Elite Dynamo Falcon ZIGGZAG +*B, who linear appraised twice EX90 “Zinnzia has large teats (alpine size). Great milker. She has nice rear attachment, and produces a large amount of milk.”
